Kiana Malizia

Kiana brings a compassionate, diligent, and practical approach to her family law practice. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and goals, helping them navigate complex and emotionally challenging transitions with clarity and empathy. Whether guiding clients toward a negotiated settlement or advocating through litigation, Kiana is committed to achieving thoughtful and efficient outcomes.

Prior to joining Nathens Siegel, Kiana completed her articles as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto, clerking for judges across family, civil, criminal, and estates matters. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.

Kiana earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2025, following an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University. During law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues, Co-Chair of the Moot Court Committee, and a Caseworker with Community Legal Aid. She also competed in several mooting competitions, including the Donald G.H. Bowman Tax Moot, and held executive roles focused on expanding access to legal education and mentoring aspiring lawyers.

Outside the office, Kiana enjoys cooking, baking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
